This project should be installed and completed by mid July, 2000. The crew from H.D.I. Mechanical has worked hard to keep on schedule. The equipment they are installing are Bard Q-Tec. Superior by looks, energy efficiency and noise level, there are no equals, only bad replicas.

The appearance from the outside of the building. The low profile helps keep outdoor noise low and out of view from your eyes. It also does not exhaust in your face when walking down the hall.

The appearance from the inside is even better. We use scratch resistance vinyl that will last a long time under the classroom conditions.

Here is a shot of the equipment being lifted off the delivery truck. Gemaire Distributors was delivering approximately 8 units every 3 to 4 days for installation. 

More units being delivered. Gemaire Distributors locally stocks this equipment and replacement parts for H.D.I. Mechanical. This was a deciding factor in their purchase.

This handy lift and the attached skids on the unit made unloading the equipment a breeze.
